1. Who we are

The controller of your data is SiemprePro SpA, Chilean tax ID (RUT) 78.117.275-8, a corporation organized in Chile, with offices at Cerro El Plomo 5931, office 1213, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile, operating under the Escaliti brand.

For anything related to this notice, including exercising your rights, the channel is contacto@escaliti.com.

2. What data we handle and where it comes from

We collect little, and everything we collect either you give us or is already published. We do not buy databases.

  • What you type into the contact form: your name, email, phone, company name, city, industry, website, and whatever message you leave.
  • What you provide to request the free audit: your site address, your business name, your name, and your email. Optionally, three ranges about your operation: contacts per month, average ticket, and close rate. All three are optional, and they are ranges rather than exact figures.
  • What the audit produces: the analysis of your website and your public profiles. We do not ask for passwords and we do not access any account of yours. Everything we review is visible to anyone.
  • Business contact details of companies, taken from public sources such as Google listings, directories, and those companies' own websites. We use them for our own outreach, explained in section 10.
  • Technical data about your visit: our hosting provider logs the IP address and browser data, for security and so the site works.
  • If you are a client, the information needed to deliver the service and to invoice you.

3. This site does not track you

We do not use Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or any advertising tracking tool. There are no third-party cookies on this site, and we do not build a profile of you to show you ads elsewhere.

The only cookies we set are session cookies on app.escaliti.com, and only if you are a client signing in to your account. They keep you signed in and are deleted when you sign out. They are not needed to browse the public site.

4. What we use your data for

  • Answering what you write to us.
  • Preparing your audit and sending the report to the email you gave us. Without an email there is no way to deliver it.
  • Contacting you about the result of that audit and proposing that we work together. If you'd rather we didn't, tell us and we stop.
  • Delivering the service, if you hire us.
  • Meeting our legal, accounting, and tax obligations.
  • Detecting and stopping abuse of the audit form, which is the only door on the site that costs us money every time it is used.

5. Who we share it with

To operate, we use providers that process data on our behalf, under our instructions and bound by confidentiality. This is the complete list:

ProviderWhat for
VercelHosts the site and runs the code. Logs visits for security.
SupabaseStores the database and client accounts.
ResendSends the email that leaves our systems.
ReoonChecks that an email address exists before we accept it or write to it.
ApifyCollects public business information from listings and directories.
DataForSEOLooks up where a business ranks in search engines.
GoogleMeasures a site's speed and returns the business's public listing.

We may also share data with our accountants and legal advisors when necessary, and with authorities when a law or court order requires it.

We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not hand it to third parties so they can advertise to you. We never have, and it is not part of our business model.

6. Your data leaves Chile

The providers in the table above are outside Chile, mainly in the United States and the European Union. That means your data is stored and processed outside the country, and by using the site you accept that transfer.

We require contractual confidentiality and security commitments from each provider, and we choose providers that offer guarantees equivalent to the ones we apply ourselves.

7. How long we keep it

  • If you wrote to us or requested an audit and we never worked together: twenty-four months from the last contact. After that we delete or anonymize the record.
  • If you are a client: for as long as the relationship lasts, plus six years after it ends, which is what tax and commercial law requires.
  • Audit reports live at a private link that expires on its own.
  • If you ask us to stop writing to you, we keep your email indefinitely on a suppression list. It is the one piece of data we keep precisely to protect you: without that list we would have no way of knowing we must not contact you again.

8. Your rights

You can exercise these rights over your personal data, free of charge:

  • Access: know what data of yours we hold and where it came from.
  • Rectification: correct anything wrong or incomplete.
  • Deletion: ask us to erase it, except what a law requires us to keep.
  • Objection: ask us to stop using it for a given purpose, such as commercial contact.
  • Portability: receive, in a readable format, the data you gave us.
  • Restriction: ask us to pause processing while a disagreement is resolved.

To exercise them, write to contacto@escaliti.com saying what you need. We answer within thirty calendar days. If the request is complex and we need more time, we tell you before that deadline, along with the reason.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country of residence.

9. How we protect it

  • No password or credential lives in our code. They sit in environment variables with restricted access.
  • The database enforces row-level policies: one client's data is not visible to another, and we don't rely on the code remembering to filter.
  • System access is per person and is revoked when someone no longer needs it.
  • Site traffic is encrypted end to end.

Even so, no system is infallible, and it would be dishonest to promise otherwise. If a breach affecting your data occurred, we would tell you and the relevant authority what we know and what we are doing about it.

10. If we write to you first

We do commercial outreach by email to businesses, using addresses those businesses publish on their own sites and listings. It is a legitimate activity, and we do it under rules of our own that go beyond what the law requires:

  • We write to published business addresses, not to personal mailboxes.
  • Every email of ours identifies who sent it and includes our postal address.
  • Every email of ours explains how to stop receiving them. Replying «unsubscribe» is enough, and we honor it.
  • When we write to recipients in the United States we also comply with the CAN-SPAM Act.
  • An opt-out is honored permanently, not for a while.

11. Minors

Our services are aimed at businesses and the people who represent them. They are not directed at anyone under eighteen, and we do not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor gave us data, write to us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this notice

We may update it. The version in effect is always the one on this page, dated at the top. If a change is substantial and affects how we handle data we already hold, we notify those affected by email before applying it.

13. How to reach us

By email at contacto@escaliti.com, or by post to SiemprePro SpA, RUT 78.117.275-8, Cerro El Plomo 5931, office 1213, Las Condes, Santiago, Chile.
